Finance Function Strategy Consulting - Director Specializes in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy, analyzing client needs, and developing solutions to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities- Lead development and implementation of finance function strategies to optimize client financial performance.
- Analyze current finance operating models to identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design solutions to enhance processes.
- Guide finance transformation initiatives, including change management and talent development, to align with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the design and execution of organizational structures that support improved decision‑making and financial management.
- Collaborate with clients to develop financial solutions that address their unique needs and goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful client engagements.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the finance consulting team.
- Promote technological advancements to create environments where people and technology thrive together.
- Cultivate executive‑level client relationships to maintain and enhance PwC's reputation for quality and integrity.
- Encourage creative problem‑solving and strategic thinking to address complex financial challenges.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 9 years of experience.
- Preference for one of:
Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance. - Demonstrated strategic finance and financial strategy skills.
- Experience leading finance transformation and finance process improvements.
- Utilization of business performance management and business transformation techniques.
- Excellence in organizational design and organizational consulting.
- Promotion of innovation and a willingness to embrace change in finance functions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
Up to 80% travel.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation is dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
