Senior Associate​/Vice President - Investments & Portfolio Management | Real Estate Private Credit

Tranham Partners is excited to be supporting a Tier One Private Credit platform as they look to expand their credit investments team with a Senior Associate / VP to support the continued growth of the wider business.

Ideal candidates are currently Senior Associates or entry-level VPs, including originators looking to move into a pure credit seat.

• Background in commercial real estate credit is required, with exposure to pref/mezz, bridge, construction, or other structured lending strategies.
• Strong understanding of multifamily real estate is essential, as this remains the platform's core asset class.
• Prior origination experience is a plus, though this is a pure credit/investments seat rather than a sourcing role.
• Sharp financial and analytical skills, comfortable owning Excel-based underwriting with supporting junior analysts.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and investors.

• Review and underwrite credit investment opportunities across the multifamily lending book.
• Work directly with the Head of Credit and partner closely with junior analysts on underwriting and modeling.
• Liaise regularly with senior stakeholders across the platform, including the CIO and equity underwriting team.
• Support asset management on portfolio monitoring and performance, and engage with investors on liquidity and positioning.
• Gain exposure over time to bond trading and B‑piece investment opportunities as the seat evolves.
