Corporate Credit Associate

Overview

A leading global credit platform is seeking an Associate to join its corporate credit team. This is a unique opportunity to work across investment grade and below investment grade markets at a platform known for leaning into relative value dislocations and unconventional opportunities.

A leading global investment platform managing a multibillion dollar corporate credit book across public and private markets, spanning investment grade, below investment grade, structured vehicles, and junior capital.

• Underwrite investment grade and below investment grade corporate credit across public and private placements.
• Support structuring on bespoke financings, including review and negotiation of credit agreements.
• Identify relative value opportunities within the investment grade book and support tactical allocation decisions.
• Contribute to research and investment views across the corporate credit universe.
• Partner across the platform, including asset based finance, private credit, and leveraged credit teams, as well as select third party managers.

• A few years of experience in credit research, leveraged finance, or a similar credit investing seat.
• Background at a well regarded platform or team within a bank or asset manager.
• Comfortable underwriting across the ratings spectrum, from investment grade down to high yield.
• Strong relationships with banks and familiarity with credit research coverage.
• Interest in relative value, dislocation opportunities, and less conventional credit structures.
