FP&A Analyst

An innovative investment management firm is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, data analytics, and reporting. • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes across business units
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reporting tools
• Analyze business performance and evaluate financial scenarios to support strategic decision-making
• Assist with expense allocation and cost reporting initiatives
• Enhance reporting infrastructure through SQL-based data modeling and workflow automation
• Partner with technology teams to source, validate, and improve financial data
• Maintain data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting and analytics processes

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated project management and collaboration abilities
• Required experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve reporting and business processes
• Strong SQL experience required
• Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and data management
• Exposure to Python, dbt, Git, or similar tools preferred
• Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding platforms preferred
• Front-end development experience is a plus
