Location: New York

Credit investment platform seeking an Analyst or Associate to evaluate leveraged loan and corporate credit opportunities, build detailed financial models, and support fundamental investment research across stressed and opportunistic credit situations.

A diversified credit investment platform managing a multi-strategy portfolio across leveraged loans, corporate credit, structured products, and opportunistic investments across the liquidity spectrum.

Job Description:
  • Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across corporate credit, leveraged loans, and opportunistic credit strategies.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow analysis, LBO-style modeling, and scenario/sensitivity testing.
  • Analyze credit agreements and legal documentation to assess capital structure, covenants, and recovery outcomes.
  • Conduct deep fundamental research, including company diligence, industry analysis, and management engagement.
  • Source and generate new investment ideas across sectors, with a focus on leveraged and stressed credit opportunities.
  • Support portfolio management efforts, including monitoring positions and evaluating risk/reward dynamics.
  • Leverage data, technology, and AI tools to enhance research efficiency and investment analysis.
Requirements /

Qualifications:
  • Experience in credit research, investment banking, leveraged finance, restructuring, equity research, or a related investment role.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with experience in credit analysis, LBO modeling, or comparable analytical frameworks.
  • Familiarity with credit agreements and leveraged lending structures strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in corporate credit, distressed investing, or opportunistic strategies across multiple sectors.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
