Menarini Stemline US is seeking a Head of US Controlling (FP&A) to lead the US finance team, direct planning, budgeting and monthly reporting. This role partners with US leadership and Global FP&A to drive performance and allocate resources in alignment with strategic priorities.
You will oversee the US P&L, collaborate across finance and operations, and ensure timely financial submissions and analyses for decision-making. The position is hybrid with weekly onsite in NYC.
