Investment Associate

The new Associate will work as a core member of the Investment Team and contribute to a broad range of functions, including credit analysis, financial statement/model review, scenario modeling, deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and certain sourcing activities. We are looking for an individual passionate about fintech with a strong understanding of asset-backed corporate finance fundamentals.

• Underwrite investment opportunities utilizing collateral-specific credit analyses (e.g., building collections/charge-off curves, measuring loss coverages, calculating investment returns)
• Review diligence materials with a focus on evaluating and manipulating loan tapes to perform credit analysis
• Exhibit subject matter expertise across financial statement analysis and fixed‑income transaction mechanics
• Work fluently with large and diverse datasets
• Prepare investment memos with strong attention to detail
• Participate in and support various aspects of the deal execution process
• Monitor portfolio companies to ensure accurate reporting and generate performance reviews
• Aid in deal sourcing by identifying emerging companies and organizing initial meetings
• Develop various pieces of marketing content to build the firm's brand

• 2–4 years of experience across private credit investing, investment banking, debt capital markets / leveraged finance, structured / asset-based finance, restructuring
• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and manage priorities against key deadlines
• Must be able to work independently but contribute in a team‑oriented environment
