Enterprise Credit Summer Analyst Program – 2027
Program Purpose & Objectives:
Provide broad exposure to credit underwriting, monitoring, business controls, and credit data management routines across Enterprise Credit, while building technical, analytical, and professional skills through hands‑on work, training, and mentorship.
Duration & Structure: 10‑week summer internship with formal training at the start of the program, followed by on‑the‑job learning supported by events, mentorship, and development programming throughout the summer.

Enterprise Credit Summer Analyst (Intern)
Role
Purpose:
Support credit teams by analyzing financial information, identifying and mitigating credit risks, and contributing to underwriting, monitoring, business controls, and credit data initiatives—aligned to one of the program tracks.
- Analyze client, company, and/or transaction financial information to assess creditworthiness and risk drivers.
- Complete cash‑flow, trend, and scenario analysis to evaluate the ability to incur and repay obligations.
- Support loan structuring discussions and assist with documentation and approval materials.
- Review and evaluate collateral and ensure requirements are met in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Participate in client or internal partner meetings/calls to develop portfolio, product, and business knowledge.
- Contribute to monitoring, reporting, data management, and/or process and control optimization activities depending on track alignment.
Over the 10‑week program, interns are paired with experienced credit professionals and complete assignments based on their portfolio and track alignment. Typical work includes financial statement and industry analysis, underwriting and monitoring support, participation in deal or client discussions, and contributions to credit data, process, and control initiatives. Interns also participate in formal training, networking, and mentorship throughout the program.

- Track 2—Global Wealth & Investment Management Credit (GWIM)
- Track 3—Asset Based Finance, Global Commercial Banking Credit & Commercial Real Estate Credit (ABF, GCB, CRE)
- Track 4—Global Credit for Corporate & Investment Banking, Markets, Leveraged Finance (GCIB, GMC, Lev Fin)
