Description

Perform detail-oriented tasks and provide specialized support for our traders and customer base. Monitors trade orders as they progress and maintains trade logs, reports, and other documentation. Reviews discrepancies and inputs data into financial tracking systems. Gathers relevant financial information to support traders. Responds to client inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech‑savvy, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and desire to build a career in fixed‑income markets. This entry‑level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in institutional bond markets while working closely with traders, sales, operations, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to fixed income traders focusing on investment‑grade corporate bonds.
  • Accurately curate and disseminate market information to traders, sales and customers.
  • Assist with trade entry and trade execution processes.
  • Communicate with brokers, counter parties, and internal operations teams to resolve trade‑related issues.
  • Maintain and update market data and pricing information.
  • Support traders with market research, data gathering, and analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring risk guidelines and compliance.
  • Participate in special projects related to trading systems, process improvements, and market analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Strong interest in financial markets and fixed income investing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
  • Internship experience in finance, banking, investment management, or capital markets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg application is a plus.
  • Series 7 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fixed income securities and bond market concepts is a plus.
