Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Albany Auto Group is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager
• At least 1 year of dealership experience required
• Experience with DMS systems required; CDK systems is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing and sales
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and time management skills

• Present financing options to customers and clearly explain aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service policies
• Accurately process financing and lease agreements while securing approvals through appropriate financial institutions
• Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and company regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal team members
• Uphold ethical standards and represent the dealership with professionalism at all times

• Weekly base salary of $600 plus monthly commission
• Earning potential of $200,000+ annually
