Secondaries & Primaries Intern – NYC

Role

The intern will have significant responsibilities from day one and become an integral part of the team.

• Support the team in investment functions including financial modeling.
• Conduct valuation analysis of private equity funds and companies.
• Prepare investment recommendations for Ardian’s global investment committee.
• Produce various ad‑hoc reports and complete projects as needed.

• Drive for results, teachable, and always delivers high‑quality work.
• Deep understanding of corporate‑finance principles and ability to analyze investment opportunities.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Strong writing and memo‑drafting skills.
• Organized, motivated, and possessing a strong analytical mindset.
• Available as a May 2026 graduate or undergraduate student for full‑time work through the end of December.
• Previous experience in finance (investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation) is a plus.
• Interest and sound knowledge of corporate finance and Private Equity.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
