Candidates will also be required to have exceptional Excel and data manipulation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Fixed Assets team to prepare borrowing requests, supporting files and other deliverables for Core Weave's delayed draw term loan facilities
  • Prepare materials used for investor, management, and board-level presentations to support capital management decisions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly fixed asset reports, compliance certificates and associated schedules

  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls for borrowings, debt disclosures and interest rate hedging
  • Prepare ad‑hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issues
Who You Are
  • 2‑3 years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have worked on large‑scale, cross‑functional work streams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Investment banking, private equity, or similar experience is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format.
  • Ability to think creatively; highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Collaboratively‑focused and able to work well with others in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing business.
  • Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non‑GAAP metrics.
  • Outstanding software and system skills (e.g., proficiency in MS Excel is a must, experience in Netsuite, and Bloomberg is a plus) including AI tools.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1‑B visa sponsorship available.

We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.
