Job Description
- Lead and manage organization's finance department and finance team
- Review financial performance across all group entities
- Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and risk management requirements
- Oversee short- and long‑term cash flow forecasting and projections
- Partner with subsidiary Controllers and GMs on budgeting, investments, and cash flow planning
- Lead annual budgeting, dividend planning, and loan facility renewal processes
- Conduct credit analysis for subsidiaries and JV entities
- Manage banking relationships and support capital markets activities
- Drive working capital optimization initiatives
- Support fraud prevention efforts and financial controls
- Present at board meetings when needed and collaborate with executive leadership
- Travel to regional offices to meet with subsidiary and joint venture stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7–10 years of corporate finance experience
- Previous management/leadership experience
- Strong financial analysis and cash flow forecasting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Credit analysis and working capital management knowledge
- Experience managing banking relationships and capital markets activities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units and subsidiaries
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time (primarily domestic, maybe once a year overseas)
- MBA and/or CPA
- Experience with M&A activities
- Bond issuance and bank loan experience
- Experience with Asset Liability Management (ALM)
- Joint venture and subsidiary finance oversight experience
- Automotive or large multinational corporate finance background
