Overview

As an Associate in the US Legal Entity Reporting, Supervision & Support Team within the CFO/Regional Finance, you will be integral to the Bank's regulatory reporting function. You perform daily Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) client segregation calculations, compile analytics for management, and ensure compliance with existing and new regulations.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform daily client segregation calculations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completion.
  • Aid in the preparation of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rule 15c3-3 calculations.
  • Assist in month‑end close processes.
  • Liaise with Operational leads for reconciliations and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with existing rules and regulations and apply new regulations.
  • Review and enhance control‑reporting metrics to identify potential areas requiring attention or remediation.
Skills You’ll Need
  • Relative securities/banking industry experience.
  • U.S. CFTC client segregation regulation experience (required).
  • U.S. SEC client protection regulation experience (beneficial).
  • Trade life cycle knowledge preferred (trade capture to books and records), inclusive of funding and segregation calculations.
  • Ability to liaise with other divisions (Finance, Compliance, Front Office, Legal, Risk Management).

  • Structured and organized work approach and self‑starter attitude.
  • Experience with Service Risk Owner and independent auditors' examinations.
  • Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of stock record & broker/dealer accounting activity.

Employees hired into this role are expected to work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $65,000 to $105,500 per year. Actual salaries may vary based on skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications.
