Senior Tax Accountant

Location: New York

We are seeking an experienced Tax Consultant or Senior Accountant to review a proposed financial and tax structure for a private project.
This is a project-based engagement focused on providing professional tax advice, assessing the proposed structure, identifying potential risks, and recommending practical, compliant solutions. The successful candidate will review documentation that has already been prepared and provide independent feedback on the overall approach.
Responsibilities:
Review the proposed tax and financial structure.
Assess compliance with relevant tax legislation.
Identify risks, opportunities, and potential improvements.
Provide practical recommendations and professional guidance.
Answer follow-up questions and assist with implementation planning if required.
Requirements:
CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong experience in taxation, business structuring, and advisory services.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to review confidential information professionally.
Previous consulting or advisory experience preferred.
