The role focuses on co-investments and secondaries transactions across North America.## Responsibilities
- ** Deal Underwriting**:
Evaluate transactions through market research, financial modeling, and coordination of legal and commercial work streams.
- ** Investment Documentation**:
Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to investment committees and clients.
- ** Portfolio Management**:
Monitor existing investments, maintain relationships with general partners, and prepare performance review materials.## Qualifications- 2+ years of infrastructure or private equity investment experience
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with AI tools
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Understanding of private equity, leveraged finance, project finance, and secondaries
- Knowledge of infrastructure subsectors and the private equity manager landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
English fluency required, additional languages a plus## Work Details
- ** Location**:
New York, NY (Hybrid — 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week)
- ** Travel**:
Occasional domestic and international travel
- ** Compensation**: USD $135,000 - $180,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus
