Overview

Senior Client Service Research Associate (Multiple Openings) (NY, NY) for Bridgewater Associates, LP. This role directs and supervises a team of junior CSRAs in analysis work, document preparation, and personal development.

• Direct and supervise a team of junior CSRAs in analysis work, document preparation, and personal development.
• Coordinate and contribute to analysis projects related to investment topics using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ensure compliance with security and client confidentiality requirements in a financial services context.
• Lead analytical projects to completion and support documentation that accompanies client-facing deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in roles involving analyzing questions and solving complex problems through analysis related to investment topics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (incl. Excel).
• Specific experience requirements include: navigating compliance, security, and client confidentiality requirements in a financial services role; performing quantitative work involving financial and economic data and modeling; and leading analytical projects to completion.

• Telecommuting may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with company policy.
• Up to 30% travel domestically.
• Salary: $179,088 to $286,000 base salary per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
