Asset Management Client Analyst Program

Job Overview

As a Full‑Time Analyst in the Asset Management Client team, you will partner with senior business leaders to develop strategies that support our clients' needs and collaborate with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries. You will receive training, mentoring, access to senior leaders, and projects that engage all your skills.

The program begins in New York, where you learn about the business and then are placed with a team in sales support, marketing, business management, strategy, or training. It is a rotational program across the following teams.

• Funds Management: Responsible for the distribution of J.P. Morgan’s investment capabilities to broker‑dealers, insurance companies, asset managers, banks and registered investment advisors. These include U.S. and non‑U.S. mutual funds, separate accounts and alternative investments.
• Institutional Sales: Caters to the largest, most sophisticated relationships in the industry, including top pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, central banks and other institutional investors.
• Marketing: Collaborates with our professionals to construct and implement marketing tactics, create and deliver content, research and analyze products, and execute business development strategies.

• Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm.
• Work with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct market research, and assist in strategic planning to help clients meet their investment objectives.
• Develop relationships with clients, including top pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, central banks, and other institutional investors.
• Learn about asset allocation strategies and identify investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet our clients' investment objectives.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (excluding MBA).
• Attending a college/university in the U.S.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 (inclusive).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. No employment‑based immigration sponsorship will be provided.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong initiative, energy, and confidence.
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.

• Background in financial accounting, financial analysis, or mathematics.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, investing, and macro‑level economics.
