Overview

Banking - Commercial Banking, Full Time Analyst, New York City - US, 2027. Citi’s Commercial Bank (CCB) is looking for Full-Time Analysts to join our team. Our Commercial Banking division works with businesses with annual sales ranging from $10 million to more than $3 billion. The Full-Time Analyst Program aims to develop the next generation of commercial banking leaders globally through training, hands-on experience, and mentorship.

• Support the commercial lending process, including secured and unsecured revolving lines of credit, term loans, syndicated loans, leveraged loans, and cross-border loans approved locally and extended overseas through Citi’s global network.
• Engage with clients, prospects, and centers of influence; work with Bankers and Product teams to determine which products best help clients achieve their goals.
• Contribute to deal management and client presentation preparation, including creating business development presentations, pitch books, prospect memos, and other client-related decks.
• Conduct company research and industry analysis; analyze financial data and perform financial modeling focused on company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and pro-forma analyses.
• Support the end-to-end credit process, including loan underwriting, structuring, documentation, origination, and monitoring of an assigned credit portfolio.
• Collaborate with partners across the firm, including product, credit risk, in-business controls, legal, marketing, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams.

• Majoring in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Proficient in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with stakeholders to achieve goals.
• No sponsorship required for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
