Process and balance incoming and outgoing Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) files;
Process ACH disputes and government reclamations in a timely and accurate manner;
Prepare origination files, manual kick to system for processing, balance and evaluate suspends and unmatched files;
Verify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) changes in Paperless Entry Processing (PEP);
Research and process late returns and Power of Attorney (POA) documents
