Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Credit and Collections Manager to develop a sophisticated and best‑in‑class credit and collections management environment. The role is central to our global Internet TV network, helping to grow and evolve revenue‑generating initiatives across the globe.
Responsibilities- Partner with Revenue Accounting, Business Operations, Sales, and other business leads to design, implement, and refine credit and collections policies for multiple revenue and payment streams, including ads, partnerships, payment processors, and consumer products.
- Implement tools and solutions (1st and/or 3rd party) to enable a highly automated, scaled, and risk‑balanced credit and risk management process.
- Manage the processing of customer credit to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead the global AR and Collections team and related workflows to meet and exceed critical KPIs.
- Lead the Dispute Management function and drive SLA performance to ensure disputed invoices are cleared for collection.
- Oversee maintenance of accurate customer credit records using ERP systems such as Workday.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during the negotiation phase of large deals, focusing on minimizing DSO.
- Develop, design, and lead the process for customer inquiries and monitoring related to credit and collections, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Develop and refine credit and collections metrics and strategies to achieve best‑in‑class performance.
- Perform detailed tracking and analysis of credit and cash collections and collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure proper treatment under US GAAP.
- Support monthly accounting close activities, presenting KPI and SLA performance and strategic efforts to improve such metrics.
- Identify process gaps and drive projects to simplify and automate manual workflows.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in credit and collections management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a finance‑related field.
- Proven project management experience, developing and iteratively improving multiple processes to enable scale and efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring others.
- Experience leading a geographically dispersed global credit and collections operations team.
- Advanced ability to navigate large data sets and turn data into actionable narratives for change.
- Experience with cloud‑based ERP systems;
Workday Financials a plus. - Experience with other credit and collections cloud‑based third‑party systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
