Our client is a leading financial services organization seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial planning and analysis initiatives that support business operations, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities- Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
- Assist with annual budget preparation, monitor budget performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate future financial performance and support business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and business trends.
- Prepare and present clear financial reports and insights to senior management.
- Assist with consolidation of global financial results for reporting purposes.
- Support financial reporting systems and help maintain FP&A reporting structures.
- Update FX rates within financial systems on a monthly basis.
- Identify financial risks and support strategies to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather insights and drive effective financial processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools and systems.
- Experience working with financial systems such as Cube, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.
- Experience with FX rates and global financial reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
