Join our client's dynamic team as a US Business Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in facilitating complex trade finance transactions and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations—all while advancing your career at a leading financial institution.
In this engaging position, you'll oversee the end-to-end processing of Standby Letters of Credit, handling key activities such as issuances, amendments, claims, and document examinations within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service, as you work with cutting-edge systems like Trade
360, BESS, LoanIQ, and Corr Risk.
- Hybrid work environment (onsite 3x/week) at our New York office
- Availability to start ASAP through December 31, 2026, with potential extension
- Ability to handle occasional overtime and demonstrate initiative in a customer-focused setting
- At least 2 years of banking experience in Trade Finance operations
- Deep knowledge of International Banking and Trade Finance procedures
- Familiarity with ISP
98, UCP
600, and ISBP standards - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and SWIFT messaging related to Trade Finance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes situations
- Experience with T360, BESS, LoanIQ, Corr Risk, TLM, GTX systems
- CDCS certification
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in Trade Finance operations and client-facing roles
