Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We're partnering with a high-growth fintech that's transforming the way consumers access and manage their finances through embedded financial products. As the business continues to scale, they're looking to hire an FP&A Manager to support strategic decision-making, financial planning and executive reporting.

Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, this role will sit at the centre of the business, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver forecasting, commercial analysis and board‑level reporting. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic finance with data, systems and automation in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

• Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and business performance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, unit economics, profitability, headcount and cash flow.
• Evaluate new products, commercial initiatives and strategic opportunities through scenario modelling and business case analysis.
• Prepare board, investor and executive reporting, presenting financial performance and key business insights.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and performance analysis across multiple business functions.
• Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Operations and Accounting teams to understand business performance and support decision‑making.
• Develop scalable reporting processes and improve finance infrastructure through automation and modern planning tools.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Support fundraising, strategic finance projects and wider corporate initiatives as the business continues to grow.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience within FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance.
• Previous experience within a high‑growth fintech, payments, lending, embedded finance, financial infrastructure or technology business is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Experience producing executive, board or investor‑level reporting.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to partner effectively across finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with large datasets and financial models.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with significant ownership and visibility.

• Experience with in payments, lending, embedded finance, payroll technology, consumer finance or financial infrastructure businesses.
• Exposure to planning and reporting tools such as Pigment, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan or similar platforms.
• Experience using SQL, Snowflake, Looker, Sigma or other BI and data visualisation tools.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve reporting, forecasting or finance processes.
• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting or strategic finance initiatives.
