Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Our client is a high-growth, publicly traded AI infrastructure company experiencing rapid expansion. As the business continues to scale, the finance organization is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to support the growing FP&A function.

Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, this is a highly visible role offering meaningful ownership across budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and financial planning processes. The ideal candidate is excited by the opportunity to build and improve finance processes rather than simply maintain existing ones.

• Own corporate operating expense budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.
• Partner closely with Accounting to reconcile financial results, map GL activity, and support the monthly close process.
• Prepare and enhance monthly management reporting and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models supporting forecasting and business planning.
• Assist with the implementation of a modern enterprise FP&A platform, transitioning the organization from Excel-based planning.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, strategic projects, and executive requests as the business continues to grow.
• Help develop scalable FP&A processes that can support a rapidly expanding organization.
