The Investor Solutions Associate will be responsible for assisting with the monitoring, coordination, and execution of limited partner investor relations requests, supporting due diligence processes and submissions, updating and maintaining investor presentations, and enhancing investor relations workflows, data management, and project management processes. The role supports key strategic priorities and provides a high degree of visibility to internal stakeholders and limited partners.
The candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Manage the flow of inbound investor requests to the investor relations team and help to drive responses in accordance with defined standards of accuracy, firm preferences, and professionalism
- Assist with preparing, drafting, and organizing due diligence materials and related processes to deliver high-quality submissions
- Own and maintain investor content libraries, databases, and systems (e.g., Loopio), ensuring accuracy, version control, and consistent messaging across all investor communications
- Assist with maintaining and regularly updating all pitchbooks and other marketing collateral across investment vehicles
- Utilize available financial and reporting resources to source accurate information and assist with data validation and quality control efforts
- Ad-hoc assistance with investor-facing events, including webinars, annual meetings, limited partner meetings, and due diligence days
- Assist in the execution of the firm's day-to-day investor relations operations and processes, and help to expand and optimize these practices where applicable
- Liaise across functions (Finance, Legal, Portfolio Support, Compliance, etc.) and product areas to gather and synthesize information supporting investor communications
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or cross-functional issues as appropriate
- Follow documented procedures to ensure consistent workflows and service standards
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements
- 2-4+ years of financial markets experience
- Excellent written communication skills to be able to respond to investor communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience with client requests and documentation (e.g., capital account statements)
- Experience with CRM/RFP software (Loopio, Deal Cloud, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and proactively manage multiple work streams with strong attention to detail, urgency, and responsiveness
- Strong team player with a proactive, collaborative and flexible approach
