Head of Strategic Expense - Enterprise Technology Experience (ETX), Global Business Services (GBS) and Enterprise Allocations (EA)

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decision-making, support large-scale technology investments, and drive financial transparency, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

As the senior Corporate Finance leader supporting ETX and GBS, you will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership while overseeing financial planning, forecasting, expense management, business case development, enterprise allocations, and performance analytics.

You will lead matrixed teams across Corporate Finance and partner closely with Technology, FP&A, Procurement, PMO, Strategic Planning & Delivery, Controllers, Actuarial, and business leaders to shape the future of enterprise investments and financial management.

• Serve as the senior finance partner to ETX and GBS executive leadership teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on long-term planning, investment decisions, financial performance, and operational objectives.
• Support the development and execution of strategic plans, transformation initiatives, and business priorities.
• Balance financial stewardship with business partnership responsibilities.
• Lead the development of forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Oversee quarterly reviews of actual performance versus plan and forecast.
• Deliver financial insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations that influence executive decision-making.
• Monitor key financial drivers, emerging risks, and performance trends.

• Drive transparency into technology spending, cost allocation impacts, and operational performance.
• Develop meaningful metrics and KPIs supporting strategic decisions.

• Lead the Enterprise Expense Allocations and P&L Analytics function.
• Oversee:
• Expense Allocation Methodologies
• Activity-Based Costing
• Driver-Based Forecasting
• Unit Cost Analysis
• GAAP & STAT Variance Reporting
• Ensure allocation models accurately reflect business activity and financial impacts.
• Support annual expense targets, budgets, and business unit profitability analysis.

• Act as the key liaison between ETX, GBS, FP&A, Corporate Finance, and business leadership.
• Partner with Procurement and PMO teams to improve transparency around:
• Third-Party Spend
• Funding Capacity
• Cost Avoidance Programs
• Savings Initiatives
• Facilitate strategic trade-off discussions supporting enterprise priorities.

• Drive modernization of finance processes, data flows, reporting, and expense governance.
• Lead transformation initiatives focused on:
• Advanced Analytics
• Zero-Based Budgeting
• Activity-Based Costing
• Self-Service Reporting
• Simplify financial processes while improving insight quality and decision support capabilities.

• Build trusted relationships with ETX, GBS, Corporate Finance, and enterprise executives.
• Influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations and strategic insight.
• Communicate complex financial concepts in clear, actionable business language.
• Lead and develop matrixed teams across multiple finance disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience supporting:
