Associate Direct Lending - Leading Credit Fund

We are currently working with a tier 1 credit fund that are looking to expand there direct lending team. The team have been very active since inception focusing on middle-market borrowers. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years’ experience at a bulge bracket bank or leading credit fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse potential direct lending opportunities focusing on middle market borrowers
• Perform in-depth financial modelling, valuation analysis, and scenario stress testing
• Lead due diligence efforts across financial, legal, operational, and market aspects of transactions
• Prepare and present investment committee materials with clear, data-driven recommendations
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risk
• Engage with borrowers, sponsors, and advisors to support transaction execution and portfolio oversights

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private credit, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and make informed, independent judgments.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented minds
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
