You will engage with capital markets, asset allocation, and content creation in a fast‑paced portfolio management environment, focusing on target‑date and retirement income strategies spanning registered mutual funds, collective investment trusts, and advisory portfolios.

Your clear communication skills and attention to detail will be critical in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify inefficiencies and manual processes for automation using tools such as Python or LLMs to support strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Provide desk coverage: support internal coverage for the investment specialist team, attend client meetings, issue client reporting, and field inquiries from internal and external partners with minimal senior feedback.
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships: serve as primary contact for questions related to the MAS retirement business and represent the team in internal strategic initiatives and projects independently.
  • Project manage and coordinate across many stakeholders in multiple time zones; lead internal product development and strategy meetings, maintaining an outcome‑oriented approach. Potential for client‑facing opportunities within 24+ months based on product fluency and client readiness.
