Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check in clients and schedule meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options including Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team to meet financial goals;
Handle branch operations responsibilities, including cash devices such as cash vaults and ATMs in compliance with bank procedures
