Job Overview
This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position handles accurate and efficient cash transaction processing and deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and provide solutions that match their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Executes the bank’s risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
- Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follows established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drives the client experience and manages cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.

- Efficient time and capacity management.
- Works weekends and/or extended hours and travels to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business management, business administration, finance, or related field.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Schedule & HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $25.00 – $27.88 hourly, based on experience, education and skill set. Base salary only, not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible candidate. Benefits include industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, resources and support.
