The Growth Equity business focuses on enterprise technology, financial technology, and healthcare investments.

The Growth Platform Team is responsible for owning post-close value creation plans and ongoing performance tracking of portfolio companies, acting as the connective tissue between deal teams, investors, and operating advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support deal teams and operating advisors in developing and managing post-close value creation plans
- Track execution of key value creation initiatives, monitor progress against milestones, and identify risks and opportunities
- Synthesize portfolio company performance data and KPI trends to generate actionable insights for investors and senior leadership
- Prepare materials for portfolio reviews and internal discussions, distilling financial performance updates into clear recommendations
- Partner with operating advisors to develop playbooks, frameworks, and thought leadership across high-priority value creation topics
- Drive coordination and knowledge sharing across deal teams, operating advisors, and portfolio companies
