Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality professional service to internal and external customers, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental procedures.
- Read and understand all commercial loan documents including notes, agreements, and understand how the data is set up on the required loan system.
- Perform completeness checks to ensure system matches executed documents; ensure knowledge of Commercial lending products and services.
- Process loan portfolio seamlessly and accurately and anticipate business needs.
- Handle more complex commercial loan transactions (syndications, etc).
- Monitor delinquencies and evaluate loan issues—resolving as needed.
- Receptive to increasing levels of responsibilities and additional process improvement projects at management’s request.
- Ensure the timely clearing of cash, suspense and WIP accounts.
- Reconcile and verify any investor lists (Excel templates) are accurate with ACBS.
- Adhere to Department policies and procedures and ensure data input is accurate.
- Perform other loan-related and miscellaneous tasks (e.g., break funding, DDA related, manual entries, manual statements, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.

- Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress toward goals and track activities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.
- Working knowledge of Commercial Loan Systems—ACBS, preferred.
- Education:
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. - Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
- Advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred.
- Experience:
0-2 years Accounting, financial experience preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is $32.12 USD to $34.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
