Tomo is seeking a Junior Mortgage Loan Processor Team Lead in New York, NY. You will lead a team of about 10 Junior Loan Processors, ensuring timely movement of files, high quality, and team development. You will serve as primary escalation for appraisals, title, HOI, and VOE issues, setting standards for the team.
You will coach, onboard, and monitor workload while aligning with Tomo's processes and investor guidelines. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth toward operations leadership.
