Relationship Banker - Midwood Financial Center - Russian Required

Job Summary

This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position requires accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and having deep conversations with clients to gain knowledge of their financial priorities and connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
• At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration, finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
