- Participate in the Advisor Development Program as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I). Begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, with dedicated study time for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams.
- Upon licensure, develop foundational skills to become an advisor: acquire, build, and manage client relationships; assess a client s complex financial picture; provide advice and solutions to help clients pursue their financial goals while humanizing financial interactions.
- Transition to a financial center to deliver Bank of America s core banking and investment solutions and client-care approach after milestones are reached.
- Progress through ADP stages, moving toward the Merrill Financial Advisor Development Program (ADP FA) and building a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients in a local Merrill Wealth Management office.
- Continuously develop professional programs, tools, and resources provided by the Academy to support career progression toward becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify appropriate client solutions using applicable learnings and new information; conduct regulatory due diligence in daily activities and in long-term client strategies.

:
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience; ability to learn and adapt to new technology; capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Security Act compliance:
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All residential loan mortgage originations employees must register with the federal registry and maintain good standing. Registration and background checks are required; failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination. - Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.
- Pay details: US - MD - Columbia – 8825 Centre Park Dr. Pay range $28.85 - $33.65 hourly, with offers based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is base-salary with no incentive eligibility; benefits are provided.
