The Finance team at Adonis partners with the business to turn data into decisions, supporting revenue growth and efficiency  are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager who combines strong analytical thinking with disciplined financial operations. In this individual contributor role, you will own core financial processes, deliver insights for leaders and investors, and directly influence company growth. As an AI-first company, Finance should operate the same way, using AI and automation to accelerate the close, reduce repetitive work, and free capacity for higher-value analysis and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

Financial Operations & Close: Lead the monthly financial close in partnership with our external accounting team, overseeing revenue, billing, AR, and payment workflows.

Budgeting & Expense Management: Partner with business owners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align expense plans with growth and profitability targets.

Forecasting & Planning: Improve forecasting across revenue and operating expenses, translating business drivers into clear models and reporting.
