Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through investment and brokerage products.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals, building a financial plan that aligns with their brokerage needs.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking/money‑management solutions.
- Triage client requests and refer them to internal service partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing client relationships.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and product opportunities.
- Monday – Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
- Currently holds Series7 & 66 licenses (Series
63 or 65 can replace Series
66 if you attain it within 60 days). - At least one year’s experience in the investments industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products.
- At least one year’s experience in the financial services or sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong goal‑setting and relationship‑building skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage all client types.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adherence to regulatory due diligence in daily activities.
- At least three years’ experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
- Professional designations such as CFP and/or CRPC.
- Insurance licenses.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Client advisory and account management.
- Customer & client focus, active listening, and oral communication.
- Pipeline management, risk management, and issue management.
- Attention to detail and written communication.
- Policy, procedure, and guideline adherence.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Salary and BenefitsPay Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annualized, based on experience and skills.
Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan and other employee incentives.
