  • Partner with site and corporate leadership to develop, evaluate, and optimize site operating and capital plans.
  • Apply rigorous analysis of return on investment, net present value, payback, and sensitivity to capital investments and major initiatives.
  • Drive cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives across site manufacturing and support functions to achieve competitive cost performance.
  • Provide financial oversight and control of site operations, ensuring compliance with Micron policies, internal controls, and external requirements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Global Front-End Finance teams to integrate financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing site finance team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
  • Generate and report entity-level financial statements and other financial data as required by government incentives.
  • Actively find opportunities for operational improvements, including the exploration and adoption of AI tools, automation, and new technologies to improve financial workflows.

  • Stay current with AI and technology trends relevant to Finance and proactively propose use cases for the team.
Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, manufacturing, operations, or capital-intensive environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing cross-functional or global teams.
  • For candidates with engineering or technical degrees: demonstrated, hands-on experience conducting financial evaluations, argument development, cost modeling, and capital investment assessment.
