Over the course of the day, we will provide you with analyst and consultant career paths, group networking, education and team building activities.

• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
• Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or other business- related area
• Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in the actuarial field
• Students who have just completed their freshman or sophomore years and are graduating in 2028 or 2029
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

• Learn about the career paths for an analyst and actuarial consultant across the various functions within Mercer’s Wealth business
