Founding CEO — FINRA-Registered Capital Advisory & M&A

We are launching a US capital advisory firm focused on corporate finance transactions - capital raises, M&A advisory, and strategic financing for lower and middle-market companies. We are looking for a FINRA-registered executive to lead it as CEO and registered principal.

This is a founding leadership role. You bring the registration, the expertise, and stand at the front of the business. We come in as your co-founder and build the whole operation behind you.

This is not a growth engine bolted onto an existing firm. It is a business we build together, with you as CEO and registered principal, and us as the operational layer that makes it run. Our proprietary outreach software and dedicated deal team originate at scale and book qualified pipeline directly into your calendar. We set up the whole infrastructure. You step in where it counts, taking those conversations through to signed, fee-paying clients, combining our expertise with yours.

• You are the CEO and registered principal, with full authority over all regulated activity
• You own client relationships: discovery calls, pitches, engagement letters, deal oversight
• We run outreach and pipeline generation end to end, including all the overhead that comes with it
• Our software and team fill your calendar with qualified, pre-screened pipeline
• You convert that pipeline into signed clients and engagement fees
• We build out the infrastructure and materials so the business runs as a full firm from day one

• A former MD, Director, or CEO at an investment bank, capital advisory firm, or comparable institution
• Active FINRA registration (Series 79 and 24 strongly preferred; Series 7/63 considered) with a clean Broker Check record
• Demonstrated corporate finance experience across investment banking, capital advisory, or a comparable transaction-focused role
• Hands-on capital raising experience, with closed deals you can speak to specifically (size, your role, outcome)
• The standing and credibility to be the public face of a firm: client-facing, credible, network-rich
• Entrepreneurial appetite, with upside tied to the deals you close
