We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our investment team immediately.
As a Junior Associate, you will support the investment and operations team across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
- Conduct financial analysis and build financial models
- Research industries, markets, and competitive landscapes
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities and investment theses
- Assist with due diligence, including operational, financial, and commercial analysis
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentation decks
- Monitor portfolio company performance and key operating metrics
- Participate in management meetings and strategic planning initiatives
- Identify operational improvement opportunities within portfolio companies
- Assist with market mapping and proprietary deal sourcing efforts
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and other firm initiatives as needed
- Partner directly with portfolio companies on strategic and operational projects, providing analytical support and assisting with initiatives such as process optimization, financial analysis, growth planning, and execution of key business priorities
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduation within the past 12 months or graduating senior
- Strong academic record (preferred GPA of 3.5+)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
