Treasury Manager, Structured Finance

Our client, a rapidly growing publicly traded fintech company in New York City, is seeking a Treasury Manager to support its Treasury team and Investment Vehicles platform. This role focuses on ABS transactions, Forward Flow agreements, investment funds, cash management, liquidity, and treasury operations while partnering closely with Finance, Capital Markets, and Partnerships.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Treasury, Structured Finance, Fund Operations, Financial Operations, Capital Markets Operations, or Cash Management. Candidates with experience supporting ABS, securitizations, structured credit, fixed income, or investment funds are encouraged to apply.

• Support treasury operations across ABS transactions, Forward Flow facilities, and investment fund structures.
• Prepare cash forecasts, liquidity analyses, borrowing models, and cash flow reporting.
• Manage daily cash positioning, reconciliations, and funding activities.
• Perform waterfall analysis, compliance testing, reporting, and P&L support.
• Partner with Finance, Capital Markets, and external stakeholders including trustees, servicers, lenders, investors, and rating agencies.
• Improve treasury processes, controls, automation, and reporting using Excel, SQL, and Python.

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Structured Finance, Fund Operations, Financial Operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting ABS, securitizations, structured finance, or investment fund operations.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, reconciliations, and funding operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills required; SQL is required and Python is preferred.
