Coda Search is partnering with a leading real estate private equity firm to identify an Associate, Portfolio Analytics to join its growing lending platform. This individual will play a highly visible role supporting portfolio performance analysis, investor reporting, liquidity management, and capital formation initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Investments, Finance, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets, the Associate will gain broad exposure across the firm's real estate credit platform while helping deliver meaningful insights to both internal stakeholders and external investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support portfolio performance reporting across the lending platform, including analysis of investment performance, portfolio trends, and key operating metrics
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting materials for senior management, investment committees, and investors
- Assist with the production of quarterly and annual investor reports, presentations, and performance commentary
- Perform liquidity and cash flow analysis across funds and investment vehicles to support capital planning and financing decisions
- Analyze portfolio composition, concentration, leverage, and risk metrics to provide actionable insights
