Job Overview
The Transaction Execution Group (TEG) provides fixed income deal execution advisory services across all industry groups globally. TEG sits within Fixed Income Capital Markets and works closely with Corporate & Investment Banking, Legal, Compliance and Risk to oversee the entire documentation and execution process for Investment Grade and Latin American issuers, including pitches, transaction structuring, due diligence investigations, disclosure matters and settlement.
As TEG works primarily on live transactions, this is a fast‑paced environment with significant client interaction.
- Obtain internal compliance approvals.
- Coordinate and draft internal Commitment Committee materials.
- Organize the due diligence process, including drafting document request lists and due diligence questionnaires.
- Work with external and internal counsel to assist in the preparation, negotiation, and review of all transaction‑related documentation.
- Assist with client‑driven Q&A and manage risk for the firm.
- Prepare all marketing materials including roadshow slides, rating agency updates and internal marketing memorandums.
- Coordinate and assist on roadshows.
- Coordinate and assist on all closing procedures, including funds transfer and preparing closing documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related area of Business Administration.
- Series 79 and 63 licenses.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
