We are partnering with a leading investment banking platform to hire an Associate / Vice President for its Technology Investment Banking team in New York.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work across a broad range of technology-focused transactions, including public and private capital raises, M&A advisory, and strategic financings. The team operates in a lean, collaborative environment, offering direct exposure to senior bankers and clients across high-growth and established tech sectors.

• Support origination efforts and help manage client relationships across the technology ecosystem
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Lead and coordinate due diligence processes for live transactions
• Assist in structuring and executing M&A and capital markets transactions
• Develop high-quality client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing content
• Work closely with senior bankers on end-to-end deal execution
• Mentor and guide junior team members

• Prior experience in investment banking or a related field (technology coverage preferred)
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
• Demonstrated ability to execute transactions in fast-paced environments
• Interest in technology, innovation, and evolving capital markets
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
