Our client is seeking an Event Driven Investor to join a high performing investment team focused on identifying opportunities across corporate events, special situations and capital structure dislocations.

The ideal candidate will have experience analysing event driven opportunities across public markets, with exposure to areas such as mergers, restructurings, spin offs, convertibles and other catalyst driven situations.

Candidates with experience investing across widely syndicated securities and liquid public markets will be particularly well suited.

• 2 to 4 years of experience investing in event driven or special situations strategies.
• Strong experience analysing public market investment opportunities across equities, convertibles and catalyst driven situations.
• Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, spin offs, tender offers, recapitalisations or other corporate events.
• Experience investing across widely syndicated securities
  , including public equities, leveraged loans, high yield bonds or convertible securities.
