Job Responsibilities- Collaborate on a team focused on investor inquiries, onboarding, reporting requests, and other business-critical items
- Deliver an exceptional investor experience through a proactive approach with attention to detail and effective communication
- Navigate the nuances of each strategy/product to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables for all investors and stakeholders
- Support team and firmwide initiatives that optimize investor service operations
- 2-3 years of experience in investor servicing, reporting, marketing, finance, or communications in the investment management industry
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, English, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation: Pay Rate: $50 – $50/hr
