Ultra High Net Worth family investment office is seeking an Investment Data & Reporting Specialist to support the firm's investment infrastructure, portfolio reporting, and data governance initiatives. This individual will play an integral role in maintaining investment technology platforms, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of portfolio data. Working closely with senior investment leadership, the position offers broad exposure across public and private market investments while partnering with multiple internal functions.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in midtown Manhattan
Key Responsibilities- Manage and enhance the firm's investment reporting platform, Addepar, including system administration, user access, report development, and ongoing process improvements.
- Maintain the integrity of portfolio data by overseeing information received from custodians, administrators, brokers, and other external data providers.
- Reconcile and investigate data discrepancies to ensure accurate investment records across multiple systems.
- Coordinate the setup of new investment holdings and establish appropriate data structures for reporting and analysis.
- Design, develop, and improve automated portfolio reports and investment dashboards that support decision-making.
- Partner with accounting, finance, tax, legal, and operations teams to facilitate investment-related workflows and operational processes.
- Monitor portfolio information across a diverse range of asset classes, including traditional securities, private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, and other alternative investments.
- Prepare recurring and customized reporting materials for principals, trustees, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in technology enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and special projects that strengthen investment operations and reporting capabilities.
Qualified candidates must have 3+ years in an investment operations, technology, or related role, using Addepar extensively
Salary 120-160k DOE with bonus potential and excellent benefits
