Private Credit Associate
Filling a Private Credit Associate position in New York or San Francisco with a motivated individual looking to be an active part of a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Basic fundamental credit analysis of a broad range of companies and industries
- Financial statement analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and potential investment opportunities
- Assistance in development of actionable private credit transactions up and down the capital structure, with a primary focus on direct lending and mezzanine opportunities
- Preparation of investment committee materials, conducting due diligence on assets, presenting ideas to investment committee
- Analysis of deal terms and covenant structures
